“ 2000年、人気ゲーム「ポケットモンスター」のポケモン「ユンゲラー」に自分のイメージを盗用されたとして、任天堂を相手取り6000万ポンド（約101億円）の損害賠償を求める裁判をロサンゼルスの連邦地裁に起こした。しかし、任天堂側の弁護士の「ユンゲラーは超能力でスプーンを曲げる事が出来るが、このキャラとあなたが似ているなら今ここで超能力でスプーンを曲げてもらえませんか?」との口上に対して実践する事が出来なかったために訴えを取り下げた。
